Mine amber by gliding east from Revelwood Ancient Spire to the red deposits below, then using a pickaxe. The quickest place to get amber in Enshrouded is this small cluster near the spire. Bring spare pickaxes and watch your Shroud time while you work.
Where to Find Amber in Enshrouded
Look for red to yellow mineral patches near the edge below the east side of Revelwood Ancient Spire, then mine them with your pickaxe.
Start at the spire rather than searching the whole forest. On your World map, use the orange spire icon as your starting landmark.

Leave from the east side
Go to the east side of the spire and glide out. Look below you for the red patches near the edge. Keep gliding toward them instead of diving straight down.
Land beside the deposits
Aim for the edge beside the amber. The small area contains several deposits, including smaller nodes nearby, so look around before moving farther away.
Mine the colored rock
Equip your pickaxe and mine the red and orange patches. Watch for Amber in the pickup list as you strike the rock.

Amber deposits are in Shrouded areas. Keep an eye on your remaining Shroud time and leave before it runs out. Don't spend your last moments chasing another small patch.
How to Farm Amber Near Revelwood Ancient Spire
For a short amber run, take the east-side glide and work the nearby cluster before searching farther afield.
A player recommends this spot because it takes about 2 minutes to reach. Its appeal is the short approach and the smaller nodes beside the main deposit. Start with the easy-to-reach patches, then check the surrounding edge instead of immediately digging deeper.
Bring spare pickaxes. One player collected 40 Amber before their pickaxe broke, with more deposits still nearby. Treat that as one run's haul, rather than a fixed yield you will get every trip.

A broken pickaxe can cut your run short while amber remains in the rock. Spare tools let you keep mining without abandoning the rest of the cluster to repair.
What Is Amber Used for in Enshrouded?
Amber's earlier progression uses included upgrading Flame level from 3 to 4, crafting Fireball II, and making mage gear.
Those uses belong to the progression before the crafting rework. Check your Flame Altar and Alchemist recipes before spending your haul, especially if you're gathering amber for an upgrade. Keep the materials to upgrade Flame page handy when planning the rest of that trip, or return to the Enshrouded list of materials for another resource.
What Changed for Amber Mining?
Revelwood's terrain was reworked, and broader mining and crafting changes affect how you plan a gathering run.
The terrain rework changed topology, props, plants, and forest density. Some mining materials also received toughness adjustments, higher-tier pickaxes gained damage, and early crafting recipes were reworked. Use the spire and the red mineral patches as your route landmarks, and check the recipe you want before deciding how much amber to gather.
Take your amber back and check the Flame upgrade or Alchemist recipe you want to work toward next.
